Duo 2FA Hardware Token

Please note that due to inventory availability, there may be a delay of 2 to 4 weeks for deliveries. Your York account will be adjusted to ensure you have sufficient time to receive the token before setting up 2FA.

The purchase of this token is eligible for students, faculty, staff, retirees, and other York account holders who wish to utilize York's Duo 2FA authentication service. When placing your order, kindly use your York University email address.

For students, the charge is $36.95, which includes shipping within Canada. This is a one-time fee with no additional charges. Students requiring assistance with obtaining a 2FA token can email askit@yorku.ca for a special discount code. Please refrain from using the Staff and Faculty coupon code.

Staff, faculty, and retirees are requested to use the coupon code "STAFFDUO2FA" and enter their yucard/employee ID number as the method of payment. The token charge will be billed to the University. All staff and faculty orders will undergo identity verification in our system before processing the token delivery.
