For returns and refunds for online orders, We expect the customers to bring the products in store or ship the products back to us. For shipping the product back, It is important that you carefully follow the instructions below in order to ensure you can receive your refund.
For refunds that are shipped back to the bookstore, the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Include your order number. If you have multiple items, they can be sent together. Ensure your parcel is securely packed, wrapped and reinforced. Affix the return label to your parcel.
